How do I order a copy of my transcript?

Transcript requests for both undergraduate and graduate degrees are handled by the Registrar's Office in the Administration Building (Building A). The most current information on transcript requests can be found at http://www.kean.edu/offices/registrar/transcript-request

The Office of the Registrar is now directing all alumni who graduated in 1980 or later to a third party collegiate transcript request service: www.getmytranscript.org.  On the transcript website, select Kean University from the drop down box, then enter your information.  Specify which transcript is being requested, and process the order with your credit card.

Alumni who graduated prior to 1980 should complete the transcript request form.  The Office of the Registrar does not accept email, fax, or phone requests for transcripts, as a signature is required on any hard copy transcript request. Transcripts (attendance at Kean prior to Fall 1982) will be mailed within seven working days. During peak periods, especially at the end or beginning of a term, mailing may be delayed beyond the above working days.

Questions?  Call the Registrar's Office at 908-737-3290 or email regme@kean.edu.

When is Homecoming?

Homecoming is usually held in October. It is a great opportunity to reconnect with your alma mater and feel the energy and excitement of Kean today. For those who have not visited the campus recently, prepare yourself for remarkable changes. Gather with old friends and make new connections. Your presence at Homecoming serves as encouragement and inspiration to current students and shows them a model for keeping Kean in their lives long after they graduate.

Information regarding Homecoming is generally available at the end of July and included in the monthly alumni e-newsletter. If you would like to volunteer and help with Homecoming activities, please contact the Alumni Relations Office.

When is my reunion year and how do I get involved in reunion activities?

The Kean University Alumni Association invites different reunion classes to share their college memories, reconnect with classmates and friends, and celebrate their reunion and graduation year. At this time, Kean hosts a 50-year class reunion and an All-Greek Reunion during Homecoming weekend, as well as a 50-Plus Reunion each spring for all alumni who have passed their 50th reunion. Additional reunions are periodically organized for and by Greek alumni and alumni athletes.

Reunions are a time to celebrate what being a part of Kean has meant to you, and how Kean has made a positive difference in your life over the years. We are always looking for alumni who would like to help plan class reunions and organize and encourage attendance by their classmates. Please contact the Director of Alumni Relations at 908-737-2586 or email alumni@kean.edu to get started.
